BRINGING TINY MACHINE LEANRING TO VIETNAM
In summer 2024, Professor Thuan Do, from the University of Mount Union (USA), is helping introduce Vietnamese high school students to one of the fastest-growing areas in modern technology: Tiny Machine Learning (TinyML). Drawing from his teaching experience with undergraduate students at the University of Colorado Denver and University of Mount Union, Professor Do is bringing the same hands-on learning approach to younger students in Vietnam through specialized training programs and bootcamps.
A GROUP OF OUTSTANDING STUDENTS
The group of Dr. Do Dinh Thuan’s students organized Tiny Machine Learning which focuses on running machine learning models directly on small, low-power embedded devices. The success of the Tiny Tensor project would not have been possible without the dedication and talent of outstanding students such as Mai Dinh Vinh, Vu Anh Duc, Vu Duy Nam Khanh, Nguyen Ngoc Minh, La Tuan Minh, Ngo Quang Minh, Dinh Hoang Duong, Nguyen Nhat Anh, and their teammates. Through their creativity, strong technical skills, and passion for learning Tiny Machine Learning, these students played an important role in developing and demonstrating practical AI applications on embedded devices.
TINYTENSOR 2024 RECEIVES ATTENTION FROM MEDIA!
TinyTensor 2024 has finally officially ended, leaving us with unforgettable memories. Students had the opportunity to learn and work with accessories and programming languages with peers from across the globe. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all mentors and students whose contributions were vital to the success of this year’s boot camp. TinyTensor is very excited to welcome you in the summer of 2025.
